Buffalo spicy chicken wings

Wings – 1 kg


Butter – 70 g


Vegetable oil – for frying


Celery – 1 stalk


Carrots – 1 pc.


Cucumber – 1 pc.



Cooking:

  1. Cut the chicken wings in half. Heat oil in a pan to high temperature. Carefully put the wings there and cook until golden crisp.
  2. Cut celery, carrots and cucumber into 0.5 cm sticks (for garnish).
  3. Melt the butter in a bowl, add 30 g of Tabasco sauce.
  4. Put the fried ready-made wings on a napkin to get rid of excess fat.
  5. Thoroughly mix the wings with the ready-made spicy sauce.
  6. Serve the wings with vegetables and sauce to select.
