Drumstick – 4 pcs.
Tomatoes – 2 pcs.
Mushrooms – 6 pcs.
Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
Rosemary – a few sprigs
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp.
Garlic – 4 cloves
Salt, pepper to taste





Cooking:

  1. Salt and pepper chicken shins, add lemon juice, chopped garlic and rosemary. Let it draw for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Put the shins in the form together with the tomatoes cut in half and chopped mushrooms, sprinkle with oil and cover with foil.
